nothing

I know I've been feeling something different lately... I know feels are trying to hide inside my heart, trying not to be seen. And eventhough I can't find them, I can feel them inside me chest. They're waiting for a new chance to get out, to show themselves to the world. They keep waiting, but there's nothing I can do to let them go except listen to old songs, those that bring old needs to my head and to my heart.

And with all this mess, comes the cold winter, with new colors, new views. And all I can think of is that everything that's going on is a sign from something powerfull, trying to warn me that I should totaly change, and feel and be something new.

life

In some moment of our lives, we feel scared. Some of us, may be afraid of the dark. Some others, may be afraid of highs. Others, may be afraid of little things like spiders or bees. No matter what, the time will come that we feel afraid of something.

But what if we're afraid of something and nothing at the same time? Is that even possible? I think so because, honestly, I can't find any other words to describe my feelings right now...

Being strong and staying happy is something that we must keep trying to do during our lives. I'm proud of myself because I can say I try hard everyday. But what if it's not enough? What if, at some point, the wall we were holding breaks down? I think it happens to all of us, at some time of our lives... and it may feel like we don't have the power to build it up again... but that's what the word BELIEVE is about... if we believe, everything can be fixed, even in the darkest and saddest moments...



Music always helps me keep believing <3

Back to School

Hellooo!
Before starting I just want to let you know you're really lucky because it's the second time I update the blog in the last two weeks yey!
Now, as you all know we're already in September wich means we're close to our biggest nightmare... SCHOOL! oh yes I did
So today I'm going to show you some ideas of school suplies and study tips + time organization, so I hope you find it usefull! :)

School suplies:

So, obviously, the first thing I'm going to show you it's my school bag. I decided to buy this one, because it's easier to use and more confortable than normal bags. I chose this plain blue, not only because I love the color, but also because I can add some pins and cute patches to it, giving it a beautiful and cute look! 






Okay, so I have to say that I love my notebooks, they're so adorable, I don't even know! Each one of these can be used for 4 subjects, wich is awesome and makes your bag pretty much lighter...



Study tip: Use the notebooks just to take important and quick notes about what the teacher says or writes in the board. Once you're home, copy everything and make schemes about everything you learnt.



As well as the notebooks and the text books, there are other things that I like to keep in my school bag, something that you may find usefull too. I always like to keep a lip balm with me, you know, because it's cool and stuff... Another thing I find usefull is a book, in this case, The City Of Bones, because I love reading in my free time! And finally, I like to keep a planner with me, I think it's really helpfull.

Study tip: Find a planner, or a little notebook and keep it always with you, so you can organize your time, write your homework, something you want to buy/clean/organize, stuff you have to do at home, etc.



Time organization:


1. If you guys are just like me aka very lazy in the morning, then I totally recommend you start doing this: choose your outfit and organize your bag in the night before. I actually do it since I was little okay, i still am don't comment and It's really helpfull. In the night before, choose your clothes, your accessories, your shoes, your makeup (if you use any) and organize your books/notebooks and pencilcase. You'll be much more relaxed in the morning!


2. Make a check list every single day. You can use a planner, a little notebook, a calender, a list, whatever you want. Every night write down everything you have to do and when you have to do it.You can add topics during the day. Then, once you have the things done, put a check in the topic you just finished.


3. Sometimes you may feel like talking/calling to a friend, or you may miss someone in your class (eventhough you see that person everyday), so if you really feel the need to talk to someone, make it usefull. Ask something about any subject you don't understand, aks for help with some exercises, explain her/him something you just learnt, use your imagination! It's going to be fun, promise!

Clean eats - Healthy Summer

So, hello everyone! :D
Here I am again to show you some healthy ideas! This time, I'm going to give you some healthy snacks/meals ideas that I usually eat and I hope you like it! ((:


Healthy Summer - Clean eats

I'm going to start with some lunch/dinner ideas that I love and hopefully you're going to love as well! They're really easy and quick to make so no excuses guys, you gotta eat healthy stuff!


Salad with yougurt sauce:

Now, you can say this is a cliché food, but you can't say it isn't healthy and delicious! I'm going to be honest, this one wasn't made by me but it tasted like it! If you want to make it, all you need is some lettuce, tomatos, corn, cheese, pineapple and some natural sugar-free yougurt to make the sauce, and you're done! 





Tuna and tomato:

 So I have to say this, today was the first time I tried this one, but I loved it! It was ready in less then 5 minutes and it was delicious! All you need to do is cut some tomatos and mix it up with some tuna. Then, to give it more of a taste, use some olive oil and oregano!
P.S. please don't be scared about the picture...




Now, time for snacks/deserts/whaenever you want to eat this!




Berries bowl:

This is not a specific recipe but it's a snack that I totally love and it's all healthy and natural. I just mixed up some blueberries, blackberries and raspberries and done! If you want, you can choose something to drink like fruit juice, tea, etc... Yummyyyyyy






Tea and whole coockies:

 The last one is also something really simple but really good! If you're like me and you cannot live without coockies, then I totally recommend you these ones that you can find in almost every supermarket. These coockies are whole coockies and they don't have a lot of calories, wich is awesome. I love to eat them with some green tea and some raspberries or any other fruit.

Workout - Healthy Summer

I'm so so so so so so sorry I haven't post anything for a while! I mean, summer's almost over and I haven't started my summer series yet... I promise I won't blame you if you hate me right now!!
So, I'm finally starting that healthy summer series thing and I really hope you like it and you get motivated to start living a healthy lifestyle! or you can just keep living your yolo lazy life because you can


Healthy Summer - Workout

Well, I don't know about you guys, but I don't really like exercise that much... Why would I tell you this? Because you're probably as lazy as I used to be so, if you are, please think about this:

Working out is something you can do every single day and you don't even need to go to the gym! I promise you, you're going to feel much better!

Why should you workout?

    • Because you're going to be stronger more confident 
    • Because you're going to feel better about yourself and your body
    • Because you're worth it
    • Because it lowers risk of certain cancers and diabetes
    • Because it reduces stress
    • Because it improves muscle strength

How can you workout?

    • You can go to the gym 
    • You can simply go for a run with a friend
    • You can go to a dance class
    • You can search for some exercises on youtube like pilates, yoga, etc. I usually watch blogilates videos (click here to check)
